the set of five townhomes at the corner of 13th and maple were designed to fit into their environment - culturally, environmentally, and socially. the brickwork acknowledges the historical neighborhood just a block away. the solar hot water and photovoltaic panels ensure that the townhomes can produce their own energy. and their sleek and modern design and layout attract the young professionals that are quickly moving into this beautiful, foothill community.
