the conrad residence was not designed to just sit amongst the rocky mountain aspen, it was designed to fly above them. this off-grid, single-family residence has an incredible setting, with peak views and southern exposure that fit in perfectly with a responsible and efficient home. the conrads and their two daughters sleep well knowing that their home has a small footprint, both structurally and environmentally.
