it all started with an engineering firm and a young couple who had the vision that a run-down commercial space in downtown loveland could become so much more. in the end, this space didn't just turn into an office and a residence, but a sustainable and responsible project that added more life to the small, yet beautiful downtown of this colorado foothill town.
